I don't know why it took me so long to really think it through! God has answered so many different prayers in so many amazing ways when it comes to Chase! The stories Jordan shared during our visit were incredible! The thing I failed to remember while we were chatting was the fact that we had been praying for Chase throughout the whole pregnancy! Even before we handed Eve our profile we started praying for the baby God had perfectly designed for our family! We prayed for the birth mother, the baby's health and peace for the birth families. We had tons of other people praying for the same things too! We didn't know of course we were praying for Chase at the time, but now that I have enough brain power to actually contemplate the awesomeness of the situation; I am pretty much beside myself with awe! Prayer works! God is awesome and Chase is perfect and perfectly designed for us! To top it off, we have such warm and fuzzy feelings about Jordan and her parents and they seem to also have a nice sense of peace about the whole situation too!
