Before pics

We tend to be ambitious when it comes to home improvement projects. I am not sure what it is, either we just get so excited that we plan everything all at once or we severely underestimate the time it is going to take to complete. Tyler took "vacation" all week to be home with the family and repaint the upstairs - living room, dinning room and kitchen. I thought, no problem, a little painting, a little playing, then a little more painting and then we can party! But that is not how it has happened. It is already Wednesday AM and Tyler has been painting from sunup to sundown since Monday. And before that he was prepping - molding, caulking, etc. Of course, we need to get things back to a livable state by Thursday, we have having guests for Thanksgiving! Anyway, it has been fun to see the transformation and I am so excited to see the finished product. Here are our before pics:

Now that I look back at all the whiteness, I realize how "white" it was! It is shocking how much color we have now! I love it!
