Tuesday was our first scheduled one-nap day for Chase. So today, Wednesday, I was prepared to put him down for two just to help him slowly work into it. About two seconds after reaching the crib Chase let out his mad cry. After a few minutes, I went back in and there he was, sitting straight up in his crib. When I turned on the light, he put on a happy big smile, like he was saying “finally, you understood what I was trying to say!!” So he came back out of his crib. As far as I can tell, he has transitioned. Although, I am going to stay open and available to the possibility of 2 naps – sleep is so important for these little guys!
Here he is at 10 AM this morning….he just keeps going and going! It is hard to tell, but he is doing “the chipmunk” with a strawberry in his mouth.
Chase likes to cook a lot too!
