Still growing

I am not sure why I am still surprised when Chase does something new that is more “big boyish” than baby. I still want to make him a baby, although it is exciting seeing him become more of a little boy.  He seems to be growing up a little faster with Tate as an example to emulate. Today, Chase, the dogs and I went on a walk, the first this Spring. As soon as he saw that the dogs were coming, he pointed and grunted (I am sure he thought he was saying a word) at Gizmo. I assumed he meant he wanted to hold Gizmo, as he has seen Tate hold the dogs. I am here to tell you, Chase grabbed on to Gizmos leash with a kung-fu grip and didn’t let go until the end of the trip….color me impressed! He completely understood his responsibility and took it seriously! Just one more example of him becoming a little boy.
