USA Table

Many moons ago I ran into the idea in a book to find map cloth to make into a table cloth for teaching and fun discussion during meal times. Well, little ol’ impatient me found and bought the material years and years ago, way before it would have been useful as any type of teaching tool. Just recently I got re-motivated to pull out my lovely sewing machine so graciously given to me by my one and only MIL and to my surprise, found my map material tucked away in my sewing box! I decided to hem the edges and put it in place. Interestingly enough, it is perfect timing! Tate has been asking many questions about different states and enjoys maps. Here is the finished product (and MIL, see how clean my table is!! )!
