Our family went to the Jeffco courts today to finalize our adoption of Chase! We showed up at 9:45, walked into the court room around 10:15 and were out around 10:30. Surprisingly, we sat before the same judge that finalized Tate's adoption. She was so nice. Chase is an official Allbritton! We are blessed beyond measure!

We had a fun week! Mommy was inspired from a cooking show to make a zucchini chocolate cake - gotta get those veggie in where ever we can - here Tate just finished licking the bowl.
This is Chase's first time in the highchair. I am hoping he gets used to it quick so he can sit at the table with the family during meals.

No picture for this one, but Eve came over for our second post-placement visit last night. I will be sure to get a picture of Eve with Chase at our next visit. It went well, of course, we just love Eve to pieces. Nothing much to report there except that we are now trying to discern if God is calling us to adopt one more time! We can keep our file open if we put in our profile by July of 2009. This would allow us to utilize some of the same finger prints and avoid some of the paperwork. SOOOO, we will be praying on this one! Three boys?? or a little baby sister for the boys to look after and be heros to? How fun!!!!
